Provide low to no-cost services for sexually transmitted infections, including HIV. This includes providing PrEP.

Gilead Advancing Access Patient Assistance Program

Program through company that makes PrEP that provides free PrEP to uninsured patients.

Federal program that provides free PrEPto uninsured patients who already have a PrEP prescription.

GMHC

For HIV+ patients: Provides STI testing, food programs, housing support, workforce development, legal assistance, advocacy for benefits and health insurance, mental health and emotional support, substance use counseling.

Hudson Valley Community Services

For HIV+ patients: Emergency Financial Services program provides rental assistance (up to $2500/year), or a combination of household and cleaning supplies, bed and mattress, etc.

HASA

Government assistance for individuals with HIV/AIDS, including housing

Call office or visit in person, submit application and supporting documents to join HASA, get assigned caseworker

ADAP

Government program that provides free medications for the treatment of HIV for patients that are uninsured or underinsured.

Help patient fill out ADAP application, including sending in proof of residency, income, and HIV status.
